I specialize in the treatment and prevention of sports injuries.
Services include: Massage, Trigger point therapy, Ultrasound, Acupuncture, Mobilisation, Stretching, Neuromuscular techniques.
Conditions treated: All muscular injuries
Rehabilitation for: Knee/ Hip/ Shoulder surgery.
I became interested in Pilates to help compliment my work as a Sports Injury Practitioner. I utilize this alongside my work with post injury/ post surgery rehabilitation patients. In addition, I help those suffering with conditions of Scoliosis and Muscular imbalance.

health issues and medical history, an assessment of any injuries, range of motion,
and your treatment options.
